    Kelley N. Eaves-Boykin is the Chief Executive Officer of West 7th Talent Management & Consulting Inc, a staffing ,consulting and events and design firm, DBA So Kel Eavents. She has over 20 years of special events planning, production show planning, and floral design experience. To add to her many years of Planning and Design are 12 years of Project Management and Technical Training and Training Management. Kelley has been recognized as a leader in her field and community. She has touched the communities of Raleigh, North Carolina, Marietta, Georgia, and Charlotte, North Carolina with her leadership and business skills. She is a Certified Training Manager, and has the elite privilege of being named to the Manchester Who’s Who of Executive and Professional Women. While residing in Raleigh, North Carolina, Kelley co-created and produced the “Beautiful Beginnings” Bridal and Business Expo from 1997- 1999.

    Sr. Vice-President of Logistics

    Maxine Eaves is an experienced grass roots community leader. For over 40 years she has brought together neighborhoods, businesses and the public sector to benefit our communities and local neighborhoods. A long time Community Activist and Neighborhood Leader, Maxine is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina. She received her formal education in the public schools of Mecklenburg County and furthered her education at Charlotte Memorial Hospital (CMC). After working more than 39 years in the medical field Maxine retired in early 2006. Married to James M. Eaves (deceased) for 46 years, Maxine is the mother of 2 adult children and the proud grandmother to five beautiful grandchildren. She is an active member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church where she has served as chair of the Political Affairs Committee and Health Care Auxiliary. She is past President of the League of Women Voters of Charlotte Mecklenburg, where she co-founded the Civics 101 course. This course has become so successful that it has been franchised over the United States. She is also past President of the Plaza Eastway Partners / Northeast Community Organization where she served for over 15 years and served on the Charlotte Mecklenburg Women's Advisory Board for 12 years. Maxine is honored to have a street named after her for her many years of community activism. Eaves Lane is the main street in the Citiside subdivision located at the Plaza and Eastway Dr. Maxine currently serves on the Charlotte East Community Executive Board and is excited to have been appointed to the Democratic National Committee. Maxine has received numerous community service awards for her outstanding service. She has been appointed too and has served on numerous boards and committees through out the past 40 years.
